THE CHANG GANG
Everyone knows us as the “Chang Gang".” The name started when I started mentoring a team in 2016. Our team is made up of individuals from different backgrounds joined with a shared vision and goal: GROWTH! My mentor always told me that growth is the only evidence of life. We're determined to better ourselves mentally, physically, personally, and in our careers. I'm looking to mentor the motivated individuals that are looking for THAT opportunity in life. I'm looking for the big dreamers, the hungry, the HUSTLERS. If you're tired of the 9-5 or your typical JOB (just over broke), let's team up!
Culture
Culture is the most important element of our team. My mentors have always treated me like family, and that has been a huge factor in my success. My promise has always been to do the same for my people.
Most people operate on the Golden Rule: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. We took it a step further. We operate on the Platinum Rule: Do more for others than you would have them do for you.
Vision
Someone once asked me, "Jess, why don't you just retire?" Long story short: I've been blessed with an opportunity that I would be selfish if I kept it to myself. Why not pay it forward and change more lives?
As a team, we just want to help others win! We believe that you can have it all in life. You don't have to choose between a fulfilling career, freedom to choose what you want out of life, financial security, or freedom in your time. YOU CAN HAVE IT ALL!
